Next Wed., September 26, Sorry We're Perfect will be airing an episode that we've been planning for quite some time addressing the issue of child abuse. Millions of children around the world suffer some sort of abuse every day. They live in unsafe environments and are often forced to endure their pain in secret & silence. Sadly, those who keep the secret of abuse as a child typically carry that secret through to adulthood, never really having the opportunity to heal or come to terms with their abuse. It takes an enormous amount of courage for victims to speak up about their abuse or confront their abusers.
