To Delete or Not to Delete...We need your advice!

Well....it would be an understatement to say that our NPH show was a flop!  We were soooo excited to pay tribute to our favorite star but despite our hard work and love for NPH, nothing about our show shined!  We are debating whether or not to just delete the show, and just pretend like nothing happened (shooobie doobie dooo).  We have all had moments in our life where we wish we could hit the rewind button, or possibly delete...fortunately in our case we actually have a delete button.  On one hand, we feel as though NPH deserves better and we should take Wednesdays show off and try again.  We realized that despite the nature of the show, we did not focus enough on NPH and rather spent most of our time highlighting his impact on the LGBT community.  Now don't get us wrong, that is a huge part of what we love about him and it is important to discuss.  Our issue was how we delivered the topic, it just did not do him justice.  Then, on the other hand, we feel  compelled to keep the show, flaws and all!  Afterall, in case you haven't caught on by now, we are in fact NOT perfect!  Everyone makes mistakes, hell I made one this morning thinking it was a good idea to get a breakfast sandwich from the gas station...not good, not good at ALL!  We should just embrace the show for what it was, a bad show with good intent and use it as a learning experience to do better.  Well, that is what we are torn with, so if you are reading this (especially if your initials are NPH) and have an opinion whether we should keep the show or just delete it and do it over, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE give us your input.

OMG----Show Day!!!

Wow---it's show day! We feel panicked/excited/stressed/happy/anxious...basically we have more mixed emotions than the Real Housewives meeting at their Bravo reunion. We are in a flurry of preparation for the show tonight, emailing and texting each other constantly with questions and thoughts. We so badly want to represent Neil the way he deserves, as the LEGENDARY actor that he is, but how do you fit everything there is to say about NPH in a half hour show???
We're planning our questions on the chance that Neil calls in to the show (Are you listening God?) and we have so much we want to ask him that we have to select carefully. Plus we must budget time for the squeals and screams of joy and MAJORLY- UNCOOL freak-out session that will surely occur if we answer a call and it's him.
We have so many questions about his role as a father and husband and what it's like to be not just a famous, super-talented, amazing, handsome (Are you listening Neil?) performer, but a gay man thriving in Hollywood.
It also occurred to us that the subject matter might entice people with more hateful opinions to call in. We are like soldiers preparing for battle, armed with NPH trivia and accolades. Bring it on people, bring it on.
Now if only Neil Patrick Harris will call in and then decide he can't live without being the third BFF in this little group...

Sorry We're Perfect prepares for the NPH tribute show!

Well tomorrow is our long awaited Neil Patrick Harris tribute show. Right from the get go, when we first started the radio show and started tossing around ideas for topics, we knew we wanted to do a show on one of our favorite actors. We've been so excited planning our broadcast and trying to figure out how we could best celebrate the amazing NPH and his career.
Also, being that one of our hosts is gay (GASP---try to guess which one!!!) we have a huge interest in gay rights, gay marriage, gay issues in general. We think Neil is just a shining example of what it means to be a successful, family-oriented, happy, gay father and husband. What better to encourage the gay youth of America to come out of the closet???
In preparation for tomorrow night's show, we've been bombarding every media outlet we have at our disposal in hopes that NPH will hear about our show and call in! We have texted, tweeted, faxed, emailed, and facebooked everyone from your grandmother to his agent!
Please, please, please Neil won't you call in and share your thoughts?
