Where is the love?

I had the most amazing time with my grandparents this weekend.  They are the most impressive, compassionate and loving people I have ever met.  The story about how they met is one made for fairy tales.  They met their freshman year when they were attending University of Texas Austin.  On their first date my grandfather said he knew this was the woman he was going to marry.  They have been together for almost 60 years and are happier today than the day they met.  In fact, their customized license plates read "two halves" to symbolize the fact that they are incomplete without each other.  I bring this up because our topic this week is online dating, and many people still subscribe to the notion that you cannot find everlasting love on a dating website.  They feel that true love, like my grandparents, is only possible when you meet someone the "old fashioned way".  My question to you is, can you find true love online, or is it just an empty waste of time?
