Apparently NOT Hot Enough...

I would just like to state for the record---hotenough.org who do you think you are? Thank goodness this is merely an undercover assignment to expose your organization for it's shallowness & rip your reputation to shreds & not a legitimate attempt by me, a.k.a. Natasha from New York, to find love. I applied to your site a WEEK ago & still have not heard back. You know, I can face the fact that I am indeed not hot enough to mingle with singles on your site, but you could at least have the decency to let me down gently. You could return my emails, my calls, my urgent instant message posts to your help desk...
That being said, all this has taught me something about online dating. Not only do you now risk rejection from people you meet everyday, and people you meet on dating sites who may or may not agree you're a "smoken hot Angelina Joli look-alike with a laugh like delicate wind chimes in an ocean breeze", but now you face rejection from the actual dating websites themselves. It's a cruel world out there people! CRUEL! I'm going to start my own dating website. It'll be for moderately attractive people, with mediocre social skills, who just don't want to be alone anymore. I'll call it "Just Settle: The site for people who don't want to die alone". I imagine the number of memberships will go through the roof. 
I'm grateful I'm not dating anymore. It was hard enough at 21, but at 30 I don't think I'd make it. I'm not tough enough for that battleground. For all those singles out there soldiering through the dating world...I salute you! You are AMAZING! And...keep on trucking. I pulled a quote from www.QuotesAboutEverything.com. It's from Cher...a master at dating & everything else in my opinion. She said, "If grass can grow through cement, than love can find you at every time in your life." Well said Cher...well said.
